Three things you can do on this screen

This is Carpe's own phone number. Creators text it and the whole team sees the thread, instead of the conversation living on one person's phone.

1. Answer someoneCountingPick any conversation on the left. Creator context sits beside the thread, so you know who you are talking to before you type.
2. Clear the texts that are dueCountingSamples that landed today, and creators who have gone quiet. The assistant drafts the reply, you approve or edit it. Nothing sends on its own.
3. Hand off what needs a personCountingPayout disputes, broken codes, anything a creator asks a human for. Each one routes to a named teammate with the thread attached.

How the list is ordered

Five sections, in that order. A thread is in exactly one of them.
Muted is last and closed by default. A muted thread that still needs a reply is not in there, it is under Needs reply, because muting quiets the badge and never the person waiting.
Sort by longest waiting to work the queue from the oldest question down. It measures from the creator's own last message, so answering nobody and messaging them twice does not move a thread down the list.

Everything you send is stamped with whoever is in the seat, bottom left. Switch seats to prove the point: any teammate can pick up any thread and the creator sees one continuous conversation from Carpe.
